Recorder not working

Panel takes 10 secs to open

I select entire screen, sound on, mic on

Press record, nothing happens for ten seconds

Recording starts but time is not counting, just stays zero

I stop the recording, then the countdown displays 3,2,1

Then popup saying recording could not be saved because there was no data.
